Fairway Latitude, Colombo 05
Latitude is our ongoing development: 176 apartments across 27 levels, a short drive from Havelock City and the Colombo 07 schools belt. The exterior images show the tower from street level, from the entrance approach, and from the air at different times of day, so you can see how the facade reads in daylight and after dark.
Interiors are grouped by unit type. Type A and Type C are the three-bedroom layouts, Type E is the larger three-bedroom corner unit, and each set covers the living area, dining, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms so you can compare finishes and proportions before booking a site visit. The Common category covers the lobby, gymnasium, rooftop pool deck, function hall and corridors.
Completed developments
The Past Projects tab is the more useful one if you are assessing build quality. These are buildings Fairway completed and handed over — Fairway Elements and Fairway SkyGardens in Rajagiriya, Fairway Galle on the southern coast, Fairmount Urban Oasis, Fairway Urban Homes in Koswatta, and Fairway on the Waterfront.
