How to read this floor plan
Fairway Latitude is a 27-level residential tower in Colombo 05, with 176 apartments in total. Pick a floor from the stack on the left and the plan updates to show every unit on that level, colour-coded by status: green for available, orange for reserved, red for sold. The figures at the top of the page are live totals across the whole building, so they change as units are taken.
A typical floor holds eight apartments. Units 01 and 02 are the two-bedroom layouts at 902 sq.ft. Units 03 to 08 are three-bedroom layouts ranging from 1,392 sq.ft to 1,533 sq.ft, and the upper penthouse levels are laid out separately. Selecting any unit opens its full detail — bedroom count, floor area and which way it faces.
Choosing an aspect and reserving
Every apartment is marked as either a Sunrise View or a Sunset View. Sunrise units face east across the city toward the morning light; sunset units look west and catch the evening over the coastline. It is worth deciding which you prefer early, because on most floors the two aspects of the same layout sell at different rates and the matching pair is not always still available.
